Other good options
"Is it a boy or a girl"
"Yes" / "One of those" / "Almost certainly" etc
Or "Not necessarily" to leave the nonbinary option open :)
"Surprise! It's because we had sex!!"
"But that's not important right now"
The gender will be revealed by an explosion at the gender reveal party when it is time.

I too vote to scrap sex reveal parties and instead use gender reveals when the kid chooses their gender
