In Idiocracy they actually valued an intelligent person and wanted him to lead them. We're living through the prequel, we even have "ow, my balls" (jackass)

They have reach the idiocracy years ago.

Right now they are far beyond this line, and the humankind don't have invented the word to describe this non existence of intelligence.

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

How is babby formed?

2

This is more than just being stupid its creating an actual philosophy and social movement that is ideologically opposed to intelligence as a concept.

5

Also, Idiocracy is Baby's First Eugenics, with a large side dish of classist bullshit.

Seriously, everyone who likes that movie needs to go and watch it again without the rose tinted glasses. It's a movie about how "intelligence" (a basically unquantifiable concept) is 100% genetic, and if we let the stupid people (portrayed in the movie using visual signifiers of the working class rather than, say, wealthy idiots like the Winklevoss Twins) breed too much civilization will collapse. This is literally some Ayn Rand "the stupid poors will be helpless without smart billionaires to guide them" nonsense. It's Atlas Shrugged for stoned teenagers.

Do you want to know who was really, really into this idea that you needed to force more "smart" humans to have babies, for the good of civilization? Jeffery Epstein.

Another big fan? Elon Musk. That's why he has, like, seventeen kids, all sex selected to be male. He genuinely thinks he's improving the gene pool with his progeny.

In the UK some politician said "we are tired of listening to experts" or something.

This is insulting. Also, being forced to listen to Kid Rock speak on any topic is cruel and unusual punishment.

57

Emperor Caligula planned to make his horse a consul. He also mocked the Praetorian guard, for example giving them watchwords which were intentionally insulting. It didn't work out well for him.

2

Kid Rock looks like a man who's only allowed to see his kids every other weekend, but doesn't.

"Listen here, what we're gonna do is take our most awesome navy into the straight of hummus and then were gonna bawitdaba, da-bang, da-bang, diggy-diggy-diggy, straight the boogie, and Iran drops the boogie"

This is more an indictment of your high ranking officers than of the Trump administration.

Look at those cowardly, servile lapdogs sitting there allowing themselves to be addressed in the Pentagon by Kid Rock.

I'd rather announce to the room that my explosive diarrhea is preventing me from attending and embarrassing myself than actually attending.

Surely this will make the military be willing to do a coup on trumps account

i dunno. i'm thinking of all my friends who were the most into numetal, and they were the ones who enlisted.

like, i get the point of it. i just feel like it should be a civilian agency and not military

5

I haven't seen idiocracy in a while, but do they ever talk about the world as a whole in that movie. Because it would be kind of funny if the world was thriving, while america just does idiocracy

1

"Surely this is all fake?"

"No this is reality"

Is an experience I have every day.

6

Yup. It's on usa today and msn at least. Apparently they decided to spend a few tens of millions to fly kid rock and Hegseth around in apache helicopters.

F'n disgrace

11

It's real, and par for the course for fascists. They're very dangerous, but also very, very stupid.

From the crowd that says they don't like when actors get political...

It's just another game to these Hungry Hungry Hypocrites.

How things have changed. My childhood best friend was my pastor's son and I remember him sneakily buying Kid Rock's "Devil Without A Cause" while on a church trip and hiding it because such music was considered demonic. Now Kid Rock is held up by the same people who populated my childhood church as an exemplar of conservative values or whatever? FOH

Hold on, the image of kid rock standing at a podium with his mouth open in front of a microphone with a bunch of soldiers sitting listening is real, but kid rock didn't talk to them?

I think it just wasn't about the Straight in particular, though it may have been mentioned.

Robert "Kid Rock" Ritchie participated in multiple troop touches with service members and filmed videos for Memorial Day, America's 250th birthday, and for his Freedom 250 tour. The visit provided an opportunity for Kid Rock to thank service members […] and recognize their continued sacrifice.

5

And I can't imagine those Generals would attend that talk, except to suck up to Trump/Hegseth.

So still looks really pathetic and bad. But Kid Rock probably didn't give them military advice about Hormuz.

2

If you include the non-voters, yes. If you're only counting trump voters, it's barely 1/3 of eligible voters.

Don't get me wrong, non-voters definitely share the blame. But let's not give credence to this idea that a majority of voters voted for trump.

Corruption. He obviously has no business being there, let alone lecturing those in attendance.

I came here hoping for someone calling this out as AI slop....unfortunately, this is apparently real.

I don't even know how to respond. I feel like my country's leaders are playing cards against humanity and doing whatever they play.

The more time goes on, the more I'm convinced the Mayans were right and the world really did end in 2012. Everything since has been a slow decent into absurdism.

Also Dr. Phil, a proud immigrant genocide and Autistic murder supporter.

I wonder why they haven't also started genociding/deporting idiots... Oh wait... yeah that's why.
