Birdo is one, I'm not sure who the other is.

Edit: I can't believe I forgot about Vivian.

yes, in the game itself!

In the Japanese version of the original game, as well as some of its foreign localizations, Vivian is depicted as a transgender woman; however, due to the age rating the localizers were aiming at when translating Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the original English version removed this aspect from her character. In the remake, Vivian is consistently portrayed as a transgender woman in both the Japanese script and the revised English localization.

Gotcha. I only played the english translation on GameCube, so it makes sense I was confused lol

Vivian from Paper Mario is what my orb of pondering divulged.

This is true only in the SMB2 instruction manual and has never appeared anywhere else.

In Superstar Saga she insists on being called "Birdie", and in basically all other appearances she introduces herself as "Birdo"

In Japanese, her name is "Catherine", and insists on being called "Cathy" in Superstar Saga
