I believe the modern structure dates to the 19th century, and was at one point the tallest building in the world.
The style is a traditional gothic though, which is quite different from what Gaudi did.

Thanks! I guess I didn't realise that Gothic architecture could be so very elaborate and even creative.

"Gothic" is kind of a confusing word for me, though. I can think of probably four solid meanings for it, only two (AFAIK) with any direct relation. :S

I understand the confusion. When you know Gaudis Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is Neo Gothic (crossed with modernism) even more so.
