Something along the lines of chapter 9 institutions under South African law.

There used to be a time when things were made to last. I still have a refrigerator that is older then my parents. It's perfectly repairable but consumes a bit of electricity but it's better then buying a new one every 5 years and throwing the old one in a dump.
