I dunno if it’s intelligence, but that’s exactly how my head feels right now.
You gotta do some neck exercises. Like literally lay on the floor like you are going to to do a sit-up. And then nod your head yes, no, and maybe like 10 times each. If your neck hurts, do more tomorrow.
