the latest update has a big gap below the bottom menu
i think i know why this is happening: someone has made an assumption about aspect ratios. my phone is tall and narrow, so anything locked to 16:9 will be stretched or have gaps.

I do have the same problem (even with the latest beta version). Switching between Android and ios mode doesn't help as well.
For some reason i had to choose android mode and that fixed the issues with the app rendering area being too small. It was set to iphone mode for some reason... Check your settings.
I believe this is the same bug, it has been around for a long time now
This is in Appearance/Themes, right? It was already set to Android for me, I switched to Apple, reloaded, switched back, didn't help.

Took a sec to find that it was under theme settings tho
When starting out with the fediverse I liked voyager better, but over time I felt like it actually reduced in quality and stability. I've fully switched to thunder by now and must say it's considerably better.
good for you? i'm just reporting an issue in a place where the dev is active.
I'm a bit jaded since I donated regularly to the development of voyager - as one should - and instead of improving it got worse.
