I'd suggest joining the IWW to learn about how to join or form a union at your workplace, read an anarchist FAQ to arm yourself with the knowledge you need, and get involved with activist efforts in your area to network with locals who share our vision of a better world, to build solidarity, and to actually start building that better world, one step at a time.
