(Me being smart) Depends when you read the comment (checking the time of reply) never mind 17 hours ago. It's out of stock for Germany too.
Europe has completely different stocks

I tried for like an hour this morning, kept clicking the checkout button and it would just reload the page. One time I got to the page to enter shipping details but after that got a message saying it was no longer in stock.
Flashbacks to 2020 and trying to buy a videocard.
Its like buying a PS5 all over again.
I got steamOS on a levono legion go, its a good alternative if you don't mind messing with the install
Same but with Bazzite, it works great. I just miss the Deck's trackpads, the one in the Legion Go isn't half as good.
Yeah, the pad should be larger, but I usually use joysticks or keyboard and mouse, so I forget about it.
I think the refurbished ones are under appreciated. They have manual calibration by a human, and therefore can exceed the standard factory model:
The only downside is, it can (but don't have to) have visible cosmetic blemishes. But in return you get same experience and rights of a factory model with lower cost, which is a huge deal in today's day and age. This is the reason why I consider my next Steam Deck 2 (OLED) as a refurbished one. I can wait. :-)
