Any good FOSS European calling/videocalling platforms?
I'm looking for a good website where I can call/videocall, does anyone know any European and Open-Source platforms like this?

Both FOSS and European or just one or the other?
I would prioritize FOSS software over software made from a specific region in the world.
I would like both, though I do put FOSS first.

Since you are asking for a website: https://www.senfcall.de/en/ is a Big Blue Button instance, hosted by a German digital rights nonprofit that is very privacy-first and requires no signup.

It does, but not all clients do.
Two clients that support the call module are Element and Commet
I don't know about good, I haven't tested any of them yet. But from my "list to check out" that is not the already mentioned jitsi (I'm mostly focusing on self-hosting but some of those have public/hosted plans too):
