Is “pressure on my bladder” too close to just saying it?

Sometimes I want to piss even when my bladder is mostly empty

It feels like someone is inflating a balloon full of urine inside me

...and not in a good way

This comment implies the existence of a good way I'm not quite sure I'm comfortable with

Pressure? Whether it's inside the bladder, or elsewhere on the way out, I feel like it's always some kind of pressure.

Oh, I just realized that English didn't have a word for this.

We have word for both want to go number 1 and 2 in my native language.

It's Indonesian.

Kebelet = Pee Mulas/mules = Poo

It's the colloquial meaning. The dictionary define kebelet as "yearn for" or "great desire" and mulas as "any stomach discomfort" but in 99% of our daily comfo it means we need to go to the bathroom.

Interesting! I yearn for a wee. I don’t necessarily desire to drop a deuce, but I am uncomfortable, so I will.

How to describe needing to piss without using the word piss.. It’s an anxiety attack.

3

My teeth are floating is a common one where I'm from, or busting/bursting

3

When I was little, my dad told me it's called "bladder hurting".

When my cousin's three-year-old needs to use the toilet, she says "The wee wants to come out!"

1

"I'm bursting." Is what we'd say round my way. or "bustin" also.

You reached the end

I wonder what would people describe the feeling of wanting to piss, without directing saying it. | Spyke
