Another European company (inpost) acquired by US corporation

Another major European company, InPost from Poland, has been acquired by a consortium including U.S.-based FedEx Corporation. This deal, valued at 15.60 EUR per share, marks a significant step in the expansion of e-commerce logistics across Europe. What are your thoughts on this growing trend of European companies being acquired by international investors?

In Poland InPost is the main player, but I think after that transaction it would be better to choose dpd or dhl..

Obviously it’s not good at all to sell critical infrastructure to foreigners.

I only use DHL, but that's not really much of a surprise in Germany when they'e inherited rhe infrastructure of the Deutsche Post.

I also find it rather funny how DHL is actually a major logistics player in the USA
