I have found they are the most likely to have lower computer literacy than they need to be for their job. It's not optional, no SysAdmin should have to babysit someone.

The "seen by project managers" row is so accurate it hurts. It needs to be updated with a caption that reads "chatGPT please tell me how to replace this person with a subscription".
