bad itch in the palms and fingers can sometimes have wilder causes, like nerve damage or developing arthritis!

Agree except I would suggest sunflower oil as it's non-comodogenic unlike coconut oil which is on the "extreme" side

I'll keep this in mind because I play pickleball a lot and the dead skin patches from my shoes rubbing against my feet are... Not pretty.

Lately I've been using cocoa butter Gold Bond lotion, and that has made a big difference.

You ever get that on the bottom of your foot where scratching tickles too much and you realize that biting it, while not physically possible for yourself, would also be a bad idea? So then you just rub it on a carpet and hope that you can give yourself enough of a rug burn to temporarily mask the itch?

If only on one side of the body? A mirror, probably. If they've been used to treat phantom limb pain, maybe they'd work for itches too?
