I have several of them (large and small carbon steel, as well as a stainless frying pan and several pots). They are extremely well made and indestructible.

Carbon steel pans are awesome and unless you manage to physically destroy them, truly BIFL.

Exactly. You can ruin a teflon pan by looking at it wrong. The worst abuse that I could throw at a carbon steel pan is fixed by reseasoning and using it again. They thrive in extreme heat. Scratches are nothing to them. I can throw them in the oven and bake in them^1^. They only need to be kept clean and dry between uses. They can be used as self defense weapons. I can scrape, scour, wash with soap and even sand them down and start over. I use metal ustensils on them all the time. Destroying their precious seasoning is just a temporary setback. They rock hard.

1: some handles can't handle the heat though. Only bake pans with removable or carbon steel handles.

Nice, I didn't know that any Swedish company produced carbon steel frying pans. Only that Skeppshult and Ronneby Bruk are producing cast iron frying pans.
