I'm out of ideas on how to make NSFW posts stop appearing in my feed.

This is my last effort to find a fix for this before I find a different client to use. So far I have:

• Made sure hide NSFW posts is enabled on the web client
• Made sure hide NSFW posts is enabled in voyager
• Signed out and back in on voyager
• Signed out and back in on web client.

Settings > Filters and blocks > Hide all nsfw?

Not sure if that does it or I just don’t have any nsfw content on the first few pages…

Voyager’s piefed support is a little spotty. Blocks and filters often don’t work if you’re using a piefed account. Try setting up a lemmy or mbin account and see if the problem persists. I bet it isn’t voyager. It happens to me all the time on my account but i just don’t mind if i see NSFW sometimes.

Can't you filter the nsfw communities? That should remove most of it.

I have been manually blocking them as they show up. But I figured that since there’s an option to hide them in the app, it should work.

It doesn’t. At least for me.

I actually think you might be onto something. There have been problems with piefed and voyager as far as links showing up goes. I've seen several piefed users complain on lots of posts that there isn't a link when there is one.

Idk man, I don’t have this issue, but what I do is:

Appearance > Blur NSFW > In Feed Filters & Blocks > Hide All NSFW Blocked Instances: lemmynsfw.com, pornlemmy.com

I get the frustration. Had the same issue when I joined Lemmy. Good luck.
