Steam Mods For Shared games
Is there a way to subscribe to steam mods for games I'm borrowing?
I'm part of a friend's steam family share where I can play their games when they aren't playing. I want to subscriber to steam mods for the game (mechwarrior) but I can't figure out how since I don't own the game.
Subscribing to workshop items for shared games works fine for me. In fact, you don't even need to own the game (shared or not) to subscribe.
Well what the hell am I doing wrong lol?
Are you subscribing on the deck or your phone or your computer?
I'm using my computer. If I get a sec, I'll try to do the same on the Deck and report back. Worst case, the desktop client will work.
