What exactly do the ads look like on sync for Lemmy? I'm using the free version but not seeing any ads. At least I don't think so...

When I tried it it was just like a post in between other posts that said something like 'ad content' but didn't actually have an ad in it at the time
Interesting as I haven't even come across that yet and I'm not sure why. I wouldn't mind still paying for but no ad version if it came with other perks tho.
DNS settings maybe?
It's just set to auto. I guess I'll just let things be.
Pretty innocuous. Mostly ads about intermittent fasting for some reason I guess I've been pinged as a fat woman
Weird. Im not seeing these. Even in the menu, it says "get sync ultra". 🤷🏿♂️

Wow, I hope he's still getting his ad revenue. Not sure how many people have the same situation.
I don't think there are any. I even had my dns ad blocker disabled and I saw no ads.
What are the benefits of highlighting and tagging users? I'm just trying to justify the upgrade.
