That sounds very low for pakistan, I think they're heavily undercounting.
It doesn't say anything about other children, just this one child.
The title doesn't, but the opening sentence of the article says it's not just the one child.
Yeah, I would bet that's even low for portions of the US. It's tragic how often it happens
This realistically applies to everywhere, along the same vein that abuse in general is typically under-reported
