Call me crazy, but I say we try to get rid of political dynasty bullshit. Fuck the daughter who’s trying to protect her own election chances. Purge them all. Start fresh with better options. Whole party, with only a few notable exceptions which really prove the rule, is worthless.
With the same system in place I don’t think changing the people involved will make a huge difference. We’ve got to dismantle the whole thing and start from scratch. And with a new system there will naturally be a different type of people interested and involved.

I think you need to read up on what news is. It is not just about stories which will stop something, it is mostly about what is happening, whether it will stop or not.
Not only that, but I think this commenter needs to read up on causality, and what can or cannot stop an activity that has already occurred.
