Whether or not that's technically true, that's so far from how they normally do it that neither Republicans nor Neoliberal "the system is fine, actually. Just needs a few minor tweaks" Democrats and "independents" would ever accept it as legitimate or even consider going through with it in the first place.
This is a perfect example of how EXTREMELY wrong the system defenders are to ignore what the left has been warning about for several decades.
The Democrats have never had any purpose beyond defending "process". They will watch their system die; all the while saying "we followed the rules". It's exactly what the liberals role has always been. Their purpose was never to listen to the left. Their purpose has always been a place where left wing electoral politics go to die. They are continuing to serve that purpose now.
Do individual democrat politicians purposely do this? No, but they wouldn't have been allowed to be elected if they were the people that would do anything else.

Appointing anyone without the consent of Jericho Johnson might be de jure allowed and valid, but since it's against the wishes of the fascist regime, it's de facto not going to be allowed.

What great things? Because more people were living paycheck to paycheck in 2024 than at any point since WW2. Dems spent all of 2024 talking about how great things are while everyone's lives were falling apart. Biden was told by the Supreme Court that he could do whatever he wanted and it wasn't illegal, but he chose to do nothing. Now the same thing is happening in Europe and Canada while the neoliberal parties continue to learn nothing.
You can believe what you'd like but the democrats accomplish great things when they're in power and leftists fall for the right-wing propaganda because it confirms their biases.
If leftists don't like it they should run their own candidates and show the democrats how to do it.
So once again you have just said "they do great things" but provide no examples. All i saw Biden do was send Ukraine loads of weapons, give up after the first hurdle on cancelling student debt (which was just a band-aid solution anyway) and then spend 3 months building a pier in Gaza that was immediately destroyed. If the did great things, why didn't they plaster the airwaves with their accomplishments during the election? And when leftists do run their own candidates they are criticized for not falling in line and costing the election.
