This actually made the national news because the parents insisted on the name, arguing that it's valid with "ff" and "ph" is the same so "phph" must be allowed. Poor boy.

pronunciations may vary though the meaning, basically "shit for brains", is universal, no?
It's an amazingly regional pronunciation.
I've also seen motherfucker, piece of shit, cuntbag, dipshit, loser, fuckwad, twat, asshole, worthless sack of shit, dickbag, scum, trash, dickless, sputum, cockknocker, fugly fucking waste of a life, soulless bastard...
