Golly, you mean areas historically hostile to worker rights, low wages, and lacking appropriate social safety nets because 'socialism' and well yanked bootstraps have a disproportionally high reliance on federal supports?

Don't say that. Say that Obama created the Affordable Care Act, which the GOP don't like so they call it Obamacare.

Most enrollees are probably minorities. The red side does not care if they die or not.
I doubt the numbers reflect that, but I'm sure it's the messaging.
