The kick from that stranger to make him chase his glasses was perfect. People like this gives me hope... For Chicago anyway.
That's not ice. That's some random assholes to trying to kidnap someone. There's no rifles, no body armor, no proof and a japanese vehicle. No fucking way that was real ICE. This is kidnapping from an unauthorized group.
That's half the fun of unmarked, masked, and warrantless raids on the population.

The woman subtlety picks something up off the ground and tosses it, and the officer looks surprised and angry about it, but continued the scuffle with the man. Dunno if it was his phone or what, but I thought that was awesome too.

I strongly disagree. They did great and got that guy de-arrested. On the civilian side, no one was arrested, shot, or beat up.
Seriously, I don't see a lot of identifying markings and it's just two guys in an SUV trying to choke someone out.
One goon is kind of dressed mil style but you see lots of people dressed like that these days.
