Why do they go for the "I, Robot" look for the robots? I wouldn't be able to keep going. I'd be waiting for my sexbot to turn around and give me the flat "No."

Those kind of "aged like milk" news are a great sort of memento mori reminding us that we should always be skeptical of tech news articles making speculative claims
This lesson would hit home more if the publication was at least a little bit credible in general ... there's more truth in a The Onion article than in the Sun.
