Powers out. Playing Factorio on steam deck
Gouda the controls for steam deck is absolutely horrible. Trying to make it last for the whole day because power is out for the whole day so I have my steam deck at 3 TDP. God is like 15 but the factory must grow. My server is down so I'm doing a speed run type playthrough on the steam deck
How is the controllers so incredibly difficult on a steam deck.
Anyways hope your all factories are doing great running at 60 ups.

Is it not possible to remap them to something more sensible? Or do the deck controls in general not suit well to a game like factorio?
There are likely community layouts you can try. And you can edit them to suit your needs.
I use a mod to remove the character and that has improved the steam deck play massively.
I think its the precision of the select box that does it for me
