After the panick following seeing boobs appear on the TV at the school board meeting and flinging wild accusations all the way up and down the chain of command it turns out what had happened was this Samsung smart TV was connected to the Internet, and when powered on automatically started playing one of the free movie channels operated by Samsung, and the movie it happened to play was the Jackie Chan movie The Protector (1985) which the US release contains at least one scene with nudity in it
So basically a lack of technical competence to spot that the TV was turned on and started auto playing a movie combined with a lack of media literacy to recognize an obvious movie scene plus a puritanical fear of pornography created a national scandal over what amounted to someone didn't change the TV channel and some boobs appeared for a moment on the meeting room TV during a private meeting exclusively attended by adults. Seriously nobody could just go "hold on can we turn that off, okay now continue..." like professionals?
