Post is being picked as English (or at least missing the German lang lable), so Deepl translation (with a bit of interpretation) of both texts:

The first thing translates to:
Spending 5 minutes to call the psychiatrist to expedite the ADHD diagnosis
Admittedly, that doesn't make really sense to me because why would calling them make them work faster?
Or maybe also possible to interpret as "is ADHD diagnosis something you order in Germany?" - thus I changed to "treat ADHD", else I don't think it'd make sense in English
