My Sister in Law is a lawyer and former city attorney for LA. And hates MAGA as much as do I. She would be able to advise on emergency issues and would find me a ravenous barracuda of a civil suit lawyer.

How are they “pulling people over”? Don’t you need some kind of cause for a traffic stop? Just because you put a siren on your car doesn’t mean you can pull people over.
The threshold of evidence for this is "reasonable suspicion", which means that the police can pull you over based on their subjective opinion that a crime, such as being brown, might be committed.
I'm not sure of the correlation but I'm reminded of the quiet rebellion through Nazi-occupied slavic states (Poland, the Czech Republic, etc.) to hat-tip Jews whenever they were encountered in the street, which specifically pissed off the German garrisons, especially the SS.

My theory is that ICE agents wear masks because ICE is hiring a bunch of undocumented immigrants -- for the same reason everybody else hires them.
Could we also dress like ICE and show up to their invasions? It's not impersonating an officer because there isn't a real uniform.
