The meat pyramid was shocking but the cheese cut specifically for it I did not expect

It looked like he cooked it slowly enough that it's at least rare. That's like an improvement.

Good raw beef if fine. Though, why not take sections and make every piece perfect?

I think the shape kinda fucks it no matter what. But if I had to do it, maybe id try shredding a soft cheese like mozzarella or muenster, or maybe even American or cheddar, then grill/dice peppers and mold the cheese / pepper mixture into a pyramid shape. Then wrap the outside 4 sides with thin layers of beef like a smash burger size. So they cook through, and you just get a goey mess of peppers/cheese melting and pulling away when you bite into it.

The top being pointed still sucks though

Fill the center of it with some Brie cheese and that will be amazing.

i don't like a specific bitter overtone? minor flavor? i'm not sure what to call it. that brie has, that camembert doesn't, that camembert instead has a buttery flavor. i know i'm picky, but i like it better. BOO BRIE HOORAY CAMEMbERT

They cooked it pretty much the way I expected, but I wasn't prepared for their cheese technique. It would have been interesting to see them trying to eat, though.

Personally, I prefer the ziggurat cheese technique compared to the concentric cheese rectangles

You can tell it's fake because they didn't draw the eyes on the pyramid. Mayo for North, Relish for South, Mustard for East, and Ketchup for West.

True. I'm not sure if that should have been the Freemason's symbol or not though.

yeah, no way the grill is both high enough to put sear marks on the meat and low enough to cook all the way through

You reached the end
