Imagine unironically wanting to be quoted saying that
Pretty sure she doesn't mean it will be too loud for a dead body, she means the grave may be affected by construction (moved, driven over etc).
Honestly the state of NIMBYism these days genuinely wouldn't allow my brain jump to that conclusion

One of my favourite names is a news reporter for one of the UK TV news stations. Debbie Tubby. Sounds like a character from a Millennial-era children's show, a Teletubby
One of my favourite news name incidents was during the fuel shortages a few years back. BBC (or maybe Sky) News sent a reporter called Phil McCann to report from outside a petrol station

That would be justified when the construction goes right through or on top of a burial ground or graveyard or some such. Not near it, that's downright stupid.
The quote isn't about disrupting a funeral service though.
How would a train disrupt a funeral, guests won't be able to hear something important or what?
