Didn't the pigs who shot a bunch of unarmed black people dead on Danziger Bridge during Katrina also use a rental truck, and wasn't it also a Penske?

This is crazy. I read the article up and down and still haven't found a motive. They "allegedly" got a shots fired call on a bridge and, what, just rolled up and opened fire on whoever was in view?
And then started threatening/manipulating witnesses and stuff?
I can't tell if it was some sort of deeper conspiracy or what, because it sounds like group of unmarked officers just rolled up in a truck and decided to start killing at random.

Let the air out of the tires. Isn't a felony, is a MAJOR inconvenience and they look like idiots.
Valve stem tool. Any bike shop worth going to will have one, and almaot any auto shop should have some.
Loosen the stem, and you don't even have to sit there letting the air out. Just walk away and let it deflate.
Take a tiny pebble and put it inside the valve cap. Screw it back on halfway. It will depress the valve and let the air out.
Ooh nice, cheaper eco-friendly alternative!
You can also glue a BB in the cap so when they air it back up it'll deflate again.

Tires are expensive, you don’t need a misdemeanor. Loosening or removing valve cores is criminal mischief, fine, or community service at most, but good luck with feds making up their own rules lately.
Shame, I guess you'll have to stab some tires. No choice, really.
Make sure you don't poke any high pressure tires, your hands and arm bones will thank you!
