I wouldn't think much about it if British person made the meme and used "Moo" for their cow. I would just assume it was a British person who made the meme. To them that's the default.

Children still scream? I thought school shootings were normalized by now. Also, many American kids don't know beef and milk comes from cows. So I doubt cows and schools have anything in common over there.

yeah but it's also not the swedish word for "moo". it's just the american one again, but with an umlaut on top.
