Lmao at the prevention section. It list a ton of individual strategies to go to sleep more easily and somewhere in the middle it's like "also maybe it could be your job draining you".

Of all the things it doesn't list the one thing that will probably help most people, do some sports, going to the gym and lifting is basically the only thing that helps me with this.

I can't say other sports like football or squash helps because with those I often wake up after an hour or two after falling asleep with an epic burning sensation in my quads.

Why its impossible for me to get any enjoyable time in before work so I just wake up 1 minute before work and go to bed as late as possible

Psh, that’s a problem for future-me. The only problem is that future-me quickly becomes current-me… And current-me is continually reminded that past-me is a fucking prick.

Currently dying to death on account of "just one more conversation" in Baldur's Gate last night. Probably doesn't help that it was the two nights before the that, too.
