This is my other favorite dish. This one screams savory and satisfying without being cloying. There is enough clear, thoughtful execution and a demonstrated care for flavor and texture that you can tell it isn't muddled extravagance but rather tightly argued decadence.

Looks interesting. Some kind of mushroom sauce on rice?
The gravy has garlic, ginger, scallion, and shiitaki mushroom for veggies. It's a roux-based beef stock gravy with soy sauce and Worcestershire.
That goes over sushi rice and a burger patty, then topped with a fried egg and scallions.
Anyone has a good and authentic Recipe?
Looks almost too "high brow" for what it is.
It's right on the cusp of tackiness. Not quite "beef croquette on brioche with pommes fries" level of overembellishment, but we're close.
