I fucking hate these assholes. To the point where if I did not have a wife and kid, I would try to do something permanent about them.

What the fuck? I had a family member nearly die from Covid. I got it 3 times despite being vaxxed and wound up with white blood cell counts that scared the doctor so much that she thought I had late stage cancer. The vaccine more than likely saved both our lives. Neither of us are over 65. Fuck this country.

JFC. And I remember telling people after donvict "won" and before he slithered back into the office that they might want to be sure they were up on their shots, esp. Covid, and some of them told me I was being hysterical - even though I told them this in a calm and reasonable tone.

That's funny that's exactly the main demographic still getting COVID vaccines on the regular in the UK, you know, because they have weaker immune systems

I wonder how old the people in power are.

My insurance company company said I could no longer get shots at the pharmacy (CVS). I talked to my doctor about it and he told me to go to a different pharmacy. My doctor is usually great but this did not help.

So I didn't get any shots last fall. Fuck insurance companies.

I guess that's kind of always been the Republican playbook: Complain about something in the government. If it's not true, wait until you're in power and make it true.

While I think this is kinda dumb, there are SO many exceptions it includes almost everyone. I understand they want to generate more data to determine the effectiveness of these vaccines, but this exception list is just pointless. Either open it up to everyone like it was or make the exception list more restrictive if you want to do actual science.

Here is the exception list. Some of these should truly be exceptions, but inactivity? Depression? Granted I’m no doctor but this seems asinine.

As a Canadian, I can say as a person with a reasonable government that isn't trying to control every minutia of my life, the additional threat of a predictable and preventable pandemic five years after all the lessons should have been learned to prevent the next one, vacationing in the USA is even LESS appealing than it already is.

Anyone got information on whether or not I can go to Canada for a trip and get boosted?
