I'm hoping that someone can figure out a less-messy way to provide a similar experience. Maybe have some kind of spread that incorporates yolk, or powdered egg yolk that's mixed in at the last minute or something.

Here’s a tip for the way I love doing it: Cook to sunny-side up eggs to go on top. Your hand(s) get messy, but it’s so worth it.

Hot take, but sometimes a fork and knife really is the best option. This also applies to those stupid mile high sandwiches and burgers.
