I can’t make sense of the text no matter how I read it.

It's kinda read exactly how it's written..don't add punctuation.

'No one saves you more on milk'

(Implies that grocery store is the lowest milk price and no other store offers lower prices)

You could also add the following to the end to have it make more sense " ,but 'store name!' "

But what if this is actually a boneappletea and they spelled "moron" as "more on"?

Whenever i see text like this, i assume the big singular word is used in both sentences, so i'd add milk agaon onto the end.
