It seems like every so often Chapman's makes the news, and every time, it's Chapman's being an all around awesome example that I wish other companies would follow.
There is so much free good-pr on the table at the moment.
But glad to know they aren't local-washing (I just coined this term. I hope it doesn't become a real thing)

That's just not true, we have very strict ingredient requirements for something to legally be called ice cream
