baked some brownies

They came out a little soupy so I put them back in the oven and now they are fine.

Unpopular opinion here - most baked desserts taste better before they're baked. Batter bests baked.

I find it very hard to resist the urge to eat the batter before baking. Also, licking the spoon/beaters is the best part of baking, bar none.
