Only cookie dough that is meant to be eaten raw. Uncooked wheat flour can be a great source of salmonella and E. coli.
I hear you, but nothing hits quite like raw eggs in my cookie dough.
Wow haven't had raw cookie dough in ages. Trying to keep that A1c at a good level so haven't been eating much sugar. Going to do my exercises after work is finished
Me too, but my willpower is not very strong. Today's food was mostly hummus, salad and chicken. But then I get to the evening and all will to eat healthy melts away.
