You could make a comment like this about almost any news article, it's not very helpful. Also there have been many reports on Palestinian deaths, I see them posted on Lemmy regularly.
There have been reports, but the plain word 'massacre' is hardly ever used in the palestinian conflict. The difference is even more worrying when we compare the death toll difference.
Uou would've had more of a point if this was establishment media (I've never seen them use the word massacre to describe anything happening in Palestine) but the article in the OP isn't by establishment media.
