Yes. You can install droid-ify and add calyx os repo named "The calyx Institute Fdroid repo (testing) . And search for Dialer and directly install it from there
Lastly, Weawow is the best weather app I've used, though Quickweather on f-droid is a close second (but requires an API key to work, so bit of a hassle to set up).
You can use Syncthing (the fork on FDroid is better) and Obsidian (for the notes). You can also use obsidian services (might be paid) for the sync but its easy enough to do yourself.

I love syncthing. So convenient for transferring files between windows, android, and MacOS. Platform agnostic is the best.

I don't believe so. The only options I see in the settings is the ability to export and import lists and notes manually with a file.

Does it do OPDS for Calibre integration? I don't see that in the features.
I don't use this feature much so I can't speak to the details, but yes, it does support OPDS.
