Can we figure out a suitable punishment for this shit? Whatever we've got now isn't working. There should be a registry, like the sex offender one, where, if you name is on the list, you have to go to every neighbor and tell them, "I threatened to kill a meteorologist because I read that the weather is being controlled by the government." And they also can't go within 5 miles of a school. Not because they are inherently dangerous, but because the children are impressionable and I wouldn't want their stupid rubbing off on the young minds.
