Standing on one foot, or using your non-dominate hand (or at the end for something like brushing your teeth).

Doesn’t matter still gotta click lock sixteen times on the car key before it’s locked. That’s because the car key actually locks the car in small increments, so if you press the button only once it’s only somewhat locked. X

I usually try to audibly confirm it with the date. Makes those, "Did I lock my door or am I just remembering another day?" moments less likely to cause me anxiety.

Interesting idea. I'll try it tomorrow.

I hate being halfway to work in the morning and having to go back because I couldn't remember shutting my apartment door.

It drives me absolutely insane.

That works at night, but much more difficult during the day because you eat stuff afterwards.

I think it's possible to have plaque grow much slower depending on what you eat, like not eating any carbs or sugar. If you have fluoridated water and gum it will also slow the growth of plaque.
