Clear existing data
Many games have a feature where you can clear the saved data and begin fom scratch. Reinstalling the game does not do this if you have Google play games on your phone, so could there be a way to do this in the app?

You can sign out of Google Play games with Shattered first, and delete your cloud data there. Then you can also clear local app data and start from scratch.
Not that I know of no. Maybe installing the game from source could do it. So you want the be able to unlock the badges and classes again? Out of curiosity, do you have all the badges unlocked?
install the android build from github it won't restore your data but make sure if something ever causes that data to be erased it will be gone forever

google play games restore the game data automatically
So I found you can go into play games, go settings, your data, delete play games account and data, and manually delete stored data for a game.
