Prosecution should make a motion to exclude him from the courtroom.

Are you suggesting that Respected Businessman Eric Trump is so stupid that he thinks that he can avoid testifying by getting tossed from the courtroom?

Can’t he be jailed for contempt without any of this “what will the secret service do” bullshit?

11

Probably. Don't courthouses have cells? Put him in one of those with the security detail. Hell, even just put him under house arrest with an ankle monitor and take away his cell phone.

These people simply believe that the rules do not apply to them... And I guess why would they since reality has proven them correct time and time again.

Idk the name of the phenomenon but humans would rather appease the loud overbearing fuck sticks in our society rather than tell them to eat shit.

Because these people make the most noise despite having the least to say rather than tell them to stfu we coddle them to get them to be quiet.

Idk the name of the phenomenon

I believe it's called being obsequious little stains of embarrassment. You know, the exact opposite of what Hollywood movies told the world America was all about.

I would love for him to be arrested. You know Trump won't even truth social it later.? I guess that's what you call it. Sending a truth?

sh.itjust.works

I think they actually call it "sucking a limp dick". Really, they want it to be different than sending a tweet or sending an insta, so they say, "hey my bros, I was just logging into truth social and I had so many uneducated things to say, yeah, I sucked so many limp dicks on Truth social, it's insane my bros!" or "hey that child getting vaccinated really makes me angry, I'm going to suck a limp dick about this so friggin much on Truth social!"

19
lemmy.world

I was about to complain about your suggestion being homophobic, but obviously the "limp" part is key.

It's not an insult towards people who suck dicks, it's an insult to people who are very bad at it and show no willingness to better themselves!

Any (blow)job that's worth doing is a (blow)job worth doing well, as they say!

I think one should still complain that it is kinda homophobic. I would like to suggest "rimming an anus" as a replacement with a non-gendered recipient.

But how do you phrase it to mean they are bad at giving rimjobs?

One used to Tweet. MAGA will Truth.

Something odd, late night host Stephen Colbert will say “[ex-president’s last name] Truthed [some post]”. He wouldn’t even say the last name for a while, and would censor it Tr*mp when written on screen. So I’m surprised he uses the branded form of “post” (“Truth”).

I l'm always torn with the media when it comes to reporting him. They do say the shit he does, which they should, but it usually for more views. By censoring his name it removes some of his power but we have a country filled with dumbasses. So I guess either way it won't really matter.

Someone suggested using floppy dick, which is great. Unless you are gay or a woman, then it defeats the purpose.

It's neither. It is saying something that just happens to trigger or infuriate a certain type of people.

Like you could say it to me and I will laugh my ass off. If it was run by an open-minded group of people that understands history and that things are very complicated, I would be sending floppy dicks none stop. You could call me the floppy dick King 👑.

As far as we know he was taking pictures of the jury. He should have his phone seized by the FBI at minimum

I require you to submit three photos of the event with five witnesses who were there, and then I might believe your Internet tie post. I am very smart, and know how to dismiss anything out of hand with a [citation needed], even when the events are trivial.

How is this not discrimination? What if the attorney required a hijab?

4

This should be considered jury tampering and he should get a felony for it. At the very least the FBI needs to make sure he did not take any pictures.

14

It's fine, the laws were getting onerous anyway, and nobody who cared or understood their intent has been enforcing them for decades...

I saw a trump ad in YouTube. The other stupid son asking for $5 for his trial defense

14
lemmy.world

Oh no the judge is going to issue a $1,000 scolding for blatantly violating a court order. This must be devastating whatever will they do.

I wonder what would happen if someone got in trouble for the same thing and sued the city with this as precedence. I imagine it would bomb for a legal reason I have no idea about, but would loved to be proved wrong.
