If you have really stinky farts all the time, your body might be trying to tell you something.

Any allergies? Food intolerances? Bad diet?

It could also just be unfortunate genetics/microbiome.

Is this a ploy to get all the fart huffers out of the closet?

I don't have a snifter or anything, but mine literally make your body start making your nose run so you will stop smelling it. They're that bad. They could be used in chemical warfare.

This is like asking for people who don’t like breathing. Humans are wired to enjoy their own farts. But “enjoy” is a bit of a misnomer. In reality when huffing your own fart, the brain is sampling composition via the nose, and this then affects food cravings and appetite. This is a feedback loop that improves our diets.

Bud, I think that's your body trying to save you from yourself

No, I really like the smell of my own farts as it has something aromatic about it if you know what I mean. But I also like the smell of Manure on the fields so it might just be me. I haze the smell of freshly cut grass

Yes, if it's bad it's bad no matter the source.

I had a friend whose 5 year old would routinely vomit from the smell when she herself pooped!

I can easily tolerate my own farts if they're loud (they don't make a smell when they're like that), but the slow, silent ones... they smell horrible and I just have to keep a straight face and tolerate them.

Diarrhea farts though... I have no idea how my nose survived.

Right, I'm just going to quickly and quietly delete this page from my browsing history...

Bodies are gross, to be fair. Cool, but gross is also part of it.

There's smells, squelching, and various fluids and goo inside of one.

And not all the smells are pleasant. Most aren't.
