I can do whatever planning I want and still get late lol. Like I take very little time overall to get ready but I'll still push it out until it's late.

I started setting an alarm 5 minutes before time to leave and a third on if you’re not gone, you’re late.

For me, it manifests in being annoyingly early a lot of the time due to me overestimating how long something will take and being terrified of disappointing people.

For me it's just "oh yeah I'll be able to wake up and quickly get ready" and then I just wake up an hour after the event has started

And then I end up being late to the event anyways because my brain decided to stop working for an hour before.

I just finished doing a video walk through for an apartment. It was at 8 am, and I have been awake since 6 am.
