Found this while cleaning my house. [SOLVED]
I have no idea what it is for but it had battery still left in it and a micro USB slot. Wife has not clue what it is either. Not sure if a random guest left it or my toddler picked it up.

According to alibaba it’s a “Professional DIY portable wireless battery powered smart abs ems electric body abdomen muscle stimulator”
Yeah, I think that's what it is. I also ended up finding this link from Walmart after your post with the exact same device: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Muscle-Stimulator-Abs-Arms-Hips-Back-Legs-USB-Rechargeable-Toner-Wireless-Portable-EMS-Abdominal-Toning-Belt-Men-Women-Office-Home-Gym-Fitness-Equipm/135124249
Asked the wife... she bought an abs stimulator years ago but never even used it so she didn't remember. I guess solved. That was fast. Thanks
Professional do it yourself is somewhat an oxymoron haha.
I didn’t make the name up. 🤷🏻♀️
Ahhh… the ol’ PDIYPWBPSAEMSEBAMS.
Who are these random guests in your house??
It looks to me one of those RF gadgets they hand out at cafes and eateries to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
